The Maxicam M4 is one of our biggest investments and has some key features which allow us to produce high-quality work extremely efficiently:
Working field size 4000mm x 2000mm x 100mm high
We can cut from sheets up to 4000mm x 2000mm, giving us greater flexibility when it comes to nesting your parts. All processing tools can reach all areas of the cutting bed. A maximum cutting field height of 100mm means we can produce 3D relief cuts and work with a wide range of materials in a variety of thicknesses.
In-built nesting software ensures the best use of material, saving on costs
Nesting software arranges the required quantities of individual parts to be cut from flat stock, such as wood sheets. Using complex algorithms, the software works out the best way to arrange the parts to be cut so that there is minimum wastage of material and the tool cutting path is the most efficient. This means we can save you money on material costs and machine running time.
Fast Cutting
Our machine can cut at a speed of up to 96 m / min, which makes cutting simple shapes incredibly quick and easy, and more complex shapes cut in a fraction of the time. Shorter machine running times mean lower costs and more efficient production, which means shorter turnaround times for you.
