CNC cutting and routing is at the heart of what we do here at Trade Cut Pro. Using the latest in computer-aided design and nesting software, we can cut your project accurately with minimal wastage. As a UK-based business, we provide a huge range of CNC services for many of the top retailers in the UK.

We work with a wide range of wood products and plastic-based materials or aluminium, and our CNC machines can cope with material sheet sizes up to 4000mm x 2000mm and up to 100mm thick.

Our UV flatbed printer can print onto pretty much any material with a maximum printing size of 1200mm x 2400mm x 100mm. Our main focus is manufacturing high quality printed products at manufactures prices.

Our flatbed printer uses a UV curing ink, meaning the ink is dry when it has finished printing, resulting in a rapid turnaround. Digital printing is a cost-effective high-quality manufacturing process that allows for colour matching, white ink printing and multi-surface printing to an HD print quality up to 1440 dpi.

Our acrylic screens are used with either 5mm thick acrylic or 1.5 PETG to give enough protection for the screens.

All our screens can be tailored made to suit your needs including cut outs for interaction with customers and can be cut to your preferred size.

We make all our screens to order.

Once your item has been produced by our team we can finish and spray the item ready for its final use.

Applying onto materials ranging from wood and MDF to uPVC, plastic, metal and even glass; we deliver a perfect finish, using only the finest quality lacquers and paints to ensure durability.

Your design may be little more than a sketch on the back of an envelope, but we can work with you to produce manufacturing design drawings ready for cutting.
